Who is the partnership for?
Real estate agents and trusted advisers with clients interested in premium holiday homes. We start with a conversation about your market, network and the role you would like to play.
How does co-ownership work for my client?
Your client purchases a share in a holiday home through the ownership structure established for that property. They share the purchase and running costs with other owners, while CASAL handles day-to-day management.
Usage rights, booking, running costs and resale terms are explained before purchase and set out in the relevant property documents.
How much commission will I earn, and when is it paid?
You earn a referral commission of 3% of the full share purchase price when your referred client completes a qualifying purchase. For example, a €250,000 share purchase earns you €7,500 in commission.
Commission is paid once your client has paid in full. Referral registration and other conditions are set out in your partner agreement.
Can I stay involved with my client?
Yes. Your client relationship remains yours. We agree with you how you would like to be involved, who handles each stage and how you receive updates. CASAL supports the purchase process while working alongside you and your client.
Can I introduce clients from another country?
We welcome conversations with partners working across borders. Tell us where you operate and which clients you advise. Together, we will discuss the appropriate partnership setup and any requirements relevant to your role and the destination.
What happens after I apply?
The CASAL team reviews your introduction and gets in touch to explore the opportunity with you. We introduce our concept, discuss your client base and explain the support available.
