CASAL CO-LIVING is a premium sharing concept that allows you to own a share of a home – at one eighth of the price and without the hassle.
The model is based on ownership, where up to 8 owners jointly invest in a carefully selected home through a Danish company. Each share entitles the owner to a minimum of 6 weeks of exclusive use per year, which is booked via an app and distributed fairly through a rotating booking system.
We have selected a number of exclusive homes that we think are absolutely fantastic.
But if you have found a dream home yourself – or you want to own your home alone or together with 1 other, 2 others or something completely different – do not hesitate to contact us.
Our CASAL CO-LIVING model can be applied to all properties, and our legal and facility setup works regardless of ownership structure.
In addition, through our own real estate agent, we have access to all homes in Mallorca.
