At CASAL CO-LIVING, we don’t just select holiday properties – we handpick homes that create the perfect setting for the good life under the southern sun. Every home is chosen based on a set of clear criteria:

- Location – the setting must be something special, with proximity to city life, nature, or views that we ourselves would choose.
- Outdoor spaces – the property must have attractive outdoor areas with a pool, terrace, or garden that invite socializing and relaxation.
- Practicality and comfort – there must be good storage space for personal belongings and well-thought-out solutions so that you always feel at home.
- Style and atmosphere – we choose homes that combine local authenticity with Scandinavian aesthetics, natural materials, and a warm atmosphere.
- Various sizes and types – we know that people have different needs. Therefore, we select homes of different sizes – including new builds, projects under construction, exciting renovation projects, and turnkey homes that are ready for occupancy.

Do you want a different home?
CASAL CO-LIVING is a premium sharing concept that allows you to own a share of a home – at one eighth of the price and without the hassle.
The model is based on ownership, where up to 8 owners jointly invest in a carefully selected home through a Danish company. Each share entitles the owner to a minimum of 6 weeks of exclusive use per year, which is booked via an app and distributed fairly through a rotating booking system.
We have selected a number of exclusive homes that we think are absolutely fantastic.
But if you have found a dream home yourself – or you want to own your home alone or together with 1 other, 2 others or something completely different – do not hesitate to contact us.
Our CASAL CO-LIVING model can be applied to all properties, and our legal and facility setup works regardless of ownership structure.
In addition, through our own real estate agent, we have access to all homes in Mallorca.
