1. Spanish Banks
You can finance through a Spanish bank, where loans typically function in the same way as in Denmark. We can help you make contact and guide you through the process to ensure you get the right terms.

Nykredit specializes in financing properties in Spain and offers solutions tailored to Danish owners of foreign properties.
3. Collaboration Partners
We collaborate with, among others, Sparekassen Danmark and other banks, who has in-depth knowledge of the CASAL CO-LIVING concept. They can advise on financing through free funds – often through equity in your own home or summer house, or by realizing stocks and other investments.
Financing a share in CASAL CO-LIVING
In our concept, the structure is set up so that each owner must purchase their share in cash. This means that loans cannot be taken out on the share itself.
This model ensures that the ownership group behind each property consists of owners who have all paid their share in cash – without internal debt or uncertainty. It provides security and stability within the community.
At CASAL CO-LIVING, we often meet people who believe that financing a share is complicated – but in reality, it’s quite the opposite.
For most people, financing is based on releasing equity in their primary residence or holiday home, refinancing existing loans, realising investments such as shares, or using these or other assets as collateral.
It is not possible to use company funds in private owners’ associations, as short-term rental is generally not permitted in most parts of Spain without a licence.
However, in selected ownership structures, alternative setups may be possible.
