Can I sell my share?

Yes. You may sell your share whenever it suits you. CASAL Co-living will be pleased to assist with the process, ensuring the transaction is safe and straightforward for both you and the new owner.

All booked weeks, rights and place in the rotation system are transferred to the new owner. This creates security and predictability for all parties.
