How we select the homes
At CASAL CO-LIVING, we don’t just select holiday homes – we handpick residences that create the setting for the good life under the southern sun. Every home within our concept is carefully selected based on a set of clear criteria.
First and foremost, the location must be special – it must be places we would choose ourselves. Views, light, tranquility, and proximity to nature or local life always play a central role. We never compromise on location – it is the foundation for the feeling of home.
The property must be unique and well-thought-out. Not necessarily large – but with space for both socializing and contemplation, for sunny meals and quiet evenings. And of course, with ample storage space for your personal belongings, so you feel at home every time you arrive.
When we furnish the homes, it is done with respect for the local and inspiration from Scandinavian aesthetics: warmth, clean lines, natural materials, and high quality in every detail. We create spaces you look forward to entering – spaces that are as pleasant to be in as they are beautiful to look at.
