Fractional Ownership

There is a smarter way to own a home in the sun.

Not a timeshare. Not a rental. Fractional ownership is genuine co-ownership of a carefully selected property. Structured so that you only own what you actually need, and experience everything you actually want.

What It Is?

Fractional ownership is real estate ownership — delivered differently.

You hold a genuine, legally structured share of the property. It sits on paper as a real asset. It moves with the market. It can be sold when life changes.

What it is not is a points system, a use-agreement, or a product designed to obscure what you are buying. The property share agreement is clear. The ownership is real.

The Advantages

A real asset.

Your share is genuine shared property ownership, not a lease. It appreciates with the Mallorcan market, and it is yours to sell, hold, or pass on.

Shared costs, not shared compromises.

Running costs, maintenance, and management are divided between owners. The quality never is.

Nothing left to chance.

Cleaning, booking, insurance, and administration are handled professionally. You arrive to a home that is ready — and leave without a list of things to deal with.

A holiday home investment that makes sense.

You enter one of Europe’s most resilient luxury real estate markets at a fraction of the cost of sole ownership — with the same long-term upside.

The Difference Between Fractional Ownership and Timeshare

It is a comparison that comes up often –  and the distinction matters.

A timeshare gives you the right to use a property for a set period each year. You do not own anything. There is no asset on paper, no stake in the real estate itself, and historically very little chance of getting your money back if you want out.

Fractional ownership is the opposite. You hold a genuine share of the property. It is registered, legally structured, and tied to the real estate market. If the property rises in value, your share does too. And when you are ready to move on, you have something real to sell.

One is a product. The other is ownership.

Not more than you need. Not less than you deserve.
