The people behind CASAL CO-LIVING
CASAL CO-LIVING was not created in a meeting room, but around dinner tables, on hikes, bike rides and holidays, where the idea of the good life took shape.
We are two founders with different backgrounds, but one shared vision: to create an honest, well-considered and life-oriented alternative to the classic holiday home.
At CASAL CO-LIVING, we believe life is lived best in balance – between ownership and freedom, community and privacy, work and breaks. That is why we have created a concept that combines security, aesthetics and flexibility – and provides access to quality of life all year round.
In addition to our founder team, we have a professional board of directors assembled to ensure the professional development of the concept and the company.
We also work with a number of partners in Denmark and on Mallorca.

Anne Nør Lauvring – Co-founder
48 years old, married to Mads, mother of two and stepmother of three.
Anne has more than 25 years of experience in administration, building operations, and facility management – including as a manager at Egelund Slot, at the Danish Employers’ Confederation, and the Confederation of Danish Industry, where she was responsible for the operation of the Stock Exchange.
She is passionate about culture, aesthetics, interior design, cooking, and making the framework function – always with a focus on both people and detail.
Mads Nør Lauvring – Co-founder
51 years old, married to Anne, father of three daughters and stepfather of two.
Mads has 35 years of experience from the Danish automotive industry, where he has been director of Volkswagen and Hyundai in Denmark. He sits on several boards and works with strategy, networking, and commercial development.
He loves running, cycling, wine, food, and properties – and especially quality time with good people.
Karina Boldsen – Chair
Karina Boldsen is Chair of the Board of Directors of the company behind CASAL CO-LIVING.
Karina has a long business career behind her, including at Vestas and Danske Bank, and today she is the founder of AROS Board, which, among other things, offers professional board training programmes.
Bitten Munck Larholm – Real estate agent and home seeker on Mallorca, and member of the board
Bitten lives in Palma with her family and has many years of experience in the Mallorcan real estate market. She combines in-depth local knowledge with a professional and down-to-earth approach, which provides security throughout the process – from property search to buying and selling.
At CASAL, Bitten helps us find the right properties for the Co-Living concept. She can also help you if you want to buy your own property in Mallorca – or sell the one you already own. More people are choosing to sell their property in shares rather than as a whole, and with CASAL’s set-up, we can both broker shares, find the right buyers, and handle all the practical and legal aspects.
Anders Fisker – Board member

Anders is an experienced attorney, including within housing and property management.
Jeppe Schnieder – Board member
Co-founder, Vinimondo CpH
Jeppe is co-founder of the wine business Vinimondo in Copenhagen, which, among other things, stands out as one of Denmark’s most successful e-commerce businesses.
